enuygunbakıcı will publish the renewed updated user agreement on the Site and will notify the relevant member(s) via message and e-mail if deemed necessary. The renewed current user agreement will be valid from the moment it is published on the Site and existing users will be bound by the renewed user agreement for the use of the Site from that moment on.


enuygunbakıcı cannot be held responsible for the information on the job seeker member and employer member information on the Site.


The responsibility of any information conveyed by the candidate who is a member of the site belongs to the member. The member accepts that he/she has created this information and that all information is correct.


enuygunbakıcı does not take responsibility for the member information it has in the database. In addition, the Site has no responsibility to find jobs and/or candidates for its members. The persons themselves are responsible for all kinds of relations between the Job Seeker and the Employer.


enuygunbakıcı does not take responsibility for the software used for the operation of the Site. In the event of any damage to the software and hardware elements you use due to any software on the site, enuygunsigi can not be held responsible for this issue. enuygunbakıcı does not assume any responsibility for whether the software of the Site does not contain errors and whether there is any virus on the Site.


enuygunbakıcı has the right to use member information and the information you share on the site for advertising, promotion and marketing purposes and to share it with third parties in some marketing activities by sticking to the Privacy Protocols. enuygunbakıcı may send e-mails and messages to its members for advertising, promotion and marketing purposes.


In the following cases and without being limited to these situations, in cases where the member acts in violation of the obligations set forth in these Membership Terms and Conditions of Use and the Privacy Policy, does not fulfill the obligations mentioned at all or duly, and acts in violation of the rules determined by the laws and regulations, the most appropriate caregiver member will not use the Site. can prevent the use of the member, cancel the membership, not publish the member information, remove the member information from the publication, notify the member to the competent authorities, and take other measures it deems necessary. In this case, the best carer reserves the right of recourse to the member for any compensation and/or administrative/judicial fines that the member in question may have to pay due to his/her actual act, without prejudice to all lawsuits and claims. The member is free to delete the record without giving any notice to the member, and the member cannot claim any right or compensation for this deleted record. Using the Site in violation of the terms and laws set forth in this contract,

Any use of the Site or the service offered on the Site, which requires any legal follow-up, contains insults, profanity or slander, is humiliating, vulgar, pornographic, in a way that disturbs and harass others, in a way that injures personal rights, for any unlawful purpose, use of a business entity in a way that infringes on trademark rights or other proprietary rights,
